Kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, flooring, cabinets and fixtures. We tear it out and haul every bit of it away, so your remodel starts with a clean slate.
Demo is the dirtiest, heaviest part of any remodel, and it's the part most people would rather hand off. We take out what needs to go and leave the structure you're keeping alone.
Typical jobs are kitchen tear-outs, bathroom gut jobs, basement drywall, and old flooring. We do the demo, load the debris straight into our trailer, and haul it to the dump the same day.
We don't handle asbestos. If your home is older and you're not sure what's in the flooring, ceiling texture or pipe wrap, get it tested before demo day.

We look at the scope in person and give you a firm price on the spot. No guessing over the phone.
We remove what needs to go, work carefully around what stays, and load debris straight into the trailer.
Every load goes to the dump or recycling the same day. The area is left cleaned up and ready for the next step.
After 18 years of accumulating junk in our basement and garage, we decided it was time to create some more living space in our house and clear it out. We considered renting a box truck, loading it up, driving it to the dump, unloading it, and returning the truck. But we heard about Tanner, a high school senior who started a summer junk removal business. Tanner came right on time, loaded our junk in his large trailer and hauled it to the dump for us. Quick and easy. His trailer is bigger than dumpsters we've used before and his rate was cheaper than a dumpster too. No need to deal with a dumpster on your driveway. No need to deal with renting, loading, transporting, and unloading, and returning a truck on your own. The convenience and price made it a no-brainer!

No. We do interior tear-outs: cabinets, drywall, flooring, fixtures and non-structural items. Anything load-bearing should go through a licensed contractor.
That needs to be done before we start. If you're working with a plumber or electrician, have them disconnect fixtures first and we'll take it from there.
Yes. Demo and haul-off are one price. Nothing gets left behind.
