Tear-outs on every floor of the house, carried down the stairs and hauled off for proper disposal. Upstairs, main floor and basement.
Demo on the second floor is a different job than demo on the ground floor. Everything has to come down a staircase without wrecking the walls or the stairs on the way.
We plan the route out first, protect what needs protecting, and carry debris down by hand. Then it goes straight into the trailer and off to the dump.
We don't handle asbestos. If your home is older and you're not sure what's in the flooring, ceiling texture or pipe wrap, get it tested before demo day.
