We work with executors, attorneys and families to clear estates quickly so homes can be sold or settled.
When a home goes through probate, it usually needs to be emptied before it can be sold. Executors often live out of town or are juggling a lot of other responsibilities.
We coordinate access, clear the property, and set aside anything that looks important, like documents, photos or valuables.
Reliable, respectful service, with photos and updates whenever you need them.
Don't see it listed? Text us a photo at 651-347-2082 and we'll let you know.
We walk through it with you. You show us what stays, and you get a firm price before any work starts.
Room by room, we load everything into the trailer. Anything you want to look through gets set aside first.
We donate what's usable, recycle what we can, and haul the rest. The space is left empty and swept.
What can I say about Tanner, only that he was a blessing for me. After scrolling through many pages of junk removal companies, I was getting stressed out and not feeling confident about which company was going to be the best for my needs. I luckily came upon Northern Junk Removal, Tanner's startup company. I didn't know anything about him, just what I read, but I got a good feeling and decided to give him a shot. Best decision ever! They were very efficient, professional, courteous, and respectful. They worked nonstop. I referred them to my daughter and she too was impressed by the work they did for her. Tanner is a hard worker and very reliable. I'm so pleased with the job they did. I can't say enough. It was a big job that included several large and heavy items. I was concerned that they would not be able to get them into the trailer. They proved me wrong. They absolutely got it loaded before I even realized that the furniture and other items were gone. The trailer was absolutely packed. Wow! Thanks again, Tanner, and I will get your name out there and send you referrals. I wish you much success with your new business. You're on your way. Search no more people, Tanner is your guy. You won't be disappointed.
