We tear out old, rotting or unsafe decks, stairs and railings and haul away all the lumber and hardware, so you're ready for the new build.
A deck that's soft underfoot or wobbly on the stairs isn't something to put off. Taking it down is heavy work, with lots of screws, nails and long boards to deal with.
We take it apart board by board, pull the railings and stairs, and load it all into the trailer. Footings and posts can come out too.
If a new deck is going in, we'll have the old one gone so your builder can start fresh.

We bring the tools, break it down into pieces that fit the trailer, and load every last bit.
We pick up the scraps and hardware and haul it all off, leaving the spot ready for whatever's next.
Wow, we would definitely recommend Tanner. This job was big and not pleasant. We needed a big pile of sticky weeds cleaned up and taken away. They cleaned up and swept so that there was nothing left. They even cut out a couple things that we didn't ask them to, and that saved us work we couldn't do. It looks great and we are so glad we called them. We are so lucky we picked the right people. Thank you, Tanner.
